Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Ringazon (ringazon.com) is a service marketplace operated by Hyper Elevating Ltd, trading as Oplaris(“Ringazon”, “we”, “us”) — a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15075136, registered office 25 Kingsley Road, Luton, England, LU3 2LS. By creating an account or posting a job on Ringazon you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What Ringazon is (and is not)

Ringazon connects customers who need work done with independent professionals who offer to do it. When a customer accepts a professional’s bid, the resulting contract for the work is between the customer and the professional — Ringazon is not a party to that contract, does not perform the work, and does not employ the professionals on the platform.

We provide the marketplace, messaging, payment processing and dispute tools that make those contracts safer and easier to transact.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter contracts to use Ringazon. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, to keep your login credentials secure, and to tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. For customers

  • Describe jobs accurately, including any details a professional would reasonably need to quote.
  • All payments must go through the platform. Paying professionals outside Ringazon removes the protections both sides rely on and is a breach of these terms.
  • When work is completed, review it promptly. If you take no action within 48 hours of a completion being submitted, the job may be confirmed and payment released automatically.
  • Reviews you leave must be honest and based on real experience.

5. For professionals

  • You must complete identity verification (KYC) before you can accept work, and onboard with our payment provider, Stripe, to receive payouts.
  • You are an independent business: you are responsible for your own tax, insurance, licences and qualifications, and for the quality of your work.
  • Bid only on work you genuinely intend and are able to carry out, and honour the prices you quote (price revisions must be agreed through the platform).

6. Payments, fees and escrow

Payments are processed by Stripe. When a bid is accepted, the customer pays a commitment fee to secure the booking; the remainder is charged when the completed work is approved (or auto-approved after 48 hours). Funds for completed work are held and then released to the professional after a 48-hour protection window, minus the platform fee that was shown before acceptance.

We may withhold, freeze or reverse payments where we reasonably suspect fraud, a breach of these terms, or where a dispute is open. Payment questions: payments@ringazon.com.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Jobs can be cancelled from the job page while they are still open or in progress, subject to the stage the work has reached. Where money has already changed hands, the dispute process below decides how it is allocated. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

8. Disputes

If something goes wrong, open a dispute from the job page. Both sides can submit evidence (photos, receipts, messages). Our team reviews the evidence and can release, refund or split the held funds. While a dispute is open, related payments are frozen. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly; our decision on the allocation of held funds is final within the platform, and does not prevent either party pursuing their legal rights. 9. Prohibited conduct

  • No off-platform contact before commitment. Sharing phone numbers, emails or other contact details in messages before a booking is secured is not allowed. Messages are automatically screened; repeated violations lead to suspension.
  • No fraudulent jobs, bids, reviews or identity information.
  • No illegal services, harassment, discrimination or abuse.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the platform’s operation or security.

10. Content and reviews

You keep ownership of the content you post (job descriptions, photos, reviews, messages) and grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to run the platform. We may moderate, edit or remove content that breaches these terms or the law.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that: Ringazon is a marketplace — we are not liable for the quality, safety, legality or outcome of work performed by professionals, or for the conduct of customers. The platform is provided with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our total liability to you in connection with the platform is limited to the fees we have received from you in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create risk for other users, or where required by law. Where reasonable we will tell you why. Obligations that by their nature continue (for example, payment of amounts owed and the dispute process for live jobs) survive termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. For material changes we will give notice on the platform before they take effect. Continuing to use Ringazon after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you are a consumer you keep any protections of the law where you live.
